Bought 5 drink and 1 meal for take away. Didn’t provide any bag, i requested 1 bcs it’s hard to carry, but they ask me to pay RM1 for it haha. Then i pay and got the basic paper bag, not the one with handle. What a chaos.

Newly opened in Citta Mall. Huge place with indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor is nice during day time and outdoors should be more chill during night time. Friendly staff and clean environment. As usual, Zus offers a reasonable coffee price for their customers. It is always my first choice if I need my coffee.
