I think you need to guide your staff how to be in a service role, if he don’t like his job, don’t come to work. I don’t expect 5 star service here in Zus, but I’m not begging for a free drink either. And we are not stupid and we know how to order our drinks. Treat us like a 3 years old will Not make him a boss or senior there.

24/7 doing work at this zus. Nice environment and friendly staff. Definitely recommend for a quick coffee grab, lepak and chill!

Way too slow. The queue kept building and building. Coffee took more than 20 minutes to come, even when I was at the top of the queue. I feel bad for those at the bottom of the queue. Maybe 1 hour for coffee? Need to work on making the things faster here for sure! Especially on a Sunday.

Barista named Nisa really friendly and help me through out my order,her suggestion of drink also suit my taste and very fast ,very clean place , recommended to go
