U guys always don't have enough staff and we're waiting in queue for so damn long! Like half hour just to get 1 drink ! Ok too of that you have all your grab orders and that takes time too! Only 1 staff at peak hour

At this point it almost feels as if the rude staffs are actively sabotaging the branch by doing all customers a huge disservice. Sad to see this as Boost had always been a go-to for a quick smoothie.

Yo honestly, its basic and common sense to pair a new comer w an experienced worker. Working alone during peek hour with little to no familiarities w how everything works is just irresponsible. Waited a drink for almost half an hour where i was first to order yet she went ahead to make the orders after me.
