Ordered 2 drinks and told the staff that I wanted to redeem 1 of it as free drink, but staff mention to pay first and only scan later… Then after paying, mention already made payment so no longer entitled to redeem it as free drink??? Moreover missed out the 2 cups I’ve ordered to collect into membership?? Staff service is too bad!

Service was very bad, staff were only playing with their phones. Do the drink halfway then went to see phones. Not friendly at all. The dustbin were open and full of rubbish. So unhygienic. Flies can be seen flying here n there around the counter top.

I had a terrible experience at Boost Juice, Paradigm Mall. The Mango Lychee Crush was bland, diluted, and disappointing. The service was even worse—one staff member (in picture) had a horrible attitude. He only entered one drink into the receipt when we ordered two, causing unnecessary delays. While waiting, I placed my receipt on the far side of the counter to get something from my bag, and he rudely smack it to the floor like trash. I wouldn’t recommend this branch, especially if this worker remains employed. Management, please address this and reconsider his role in your company.
