I send my monitor to this center for troubleshooting. But they inform me there is no issue. But the issue still occurring. They just ask me to take photo or video as evidence. It happens randomly i cant estimate when the issue appears again. I felt annoyed because i need to resend again.

After used acer warranty to change the screen, the hinge broke. No one answered when called, no one reply e-mail as well. All this before pkp started. You usually need to leave your laptop they're for few days to inspect first before repairing. There is no direct call to the counter. Overall, it's a decent service.
