yesterday 4/11, went to sunway giza. the iced vanilla latte we ordered, were sooo not good.still got crushed beans. we couldnot finishthem. threw half into trash bin. today came again 5/11/2024 12:45 but at ipc. served by Hilman. good service. always smile. and he made goooood iced vanilla latte here. keep it up

I loveeeee your coffee and old staff very friendly. However, recently when i bought coffee, I saw new Barista with long hair and she’s not even tie her hair properly. its very unpleasant to see people handling f&b with messy hair. what if her hair fall into our drink?? its about hygienic and customer point of view. please do something.

Clean and cozy environment, very comfortable for dining in or waiting for your order. Staff are friendly and attentive, and the waiting time for food and drinks is reasonable. A great spot for a relaxed coffee break.

The latte here is decent, but it wasn’t hot enough for my liking. On the bright side, the service is really good – friendly and efficient.
