The barista is a girl named Iman, she is very soft spoken & very helpful to the customer. She also let customer tastes the coffee to make sure its good. Very helpful by giving other latte suggestions to try out.

I think I gotta stop ordering from this branch, the staff just dont follow instructions. Asked for less sweet and wrote in remark for less sweet but still seeet, ordered HOT da hong pao latte you gave me cold iced latte. Also your app …

This is the best HWC ive ever went. The lady barista are genuinely friendly, sincerely given an idea which to choose and even ask me if the coffee is good or not. the coffee is superb by her handcraft. i love it! hope other store will do the same as her. date visit 10/10/2025 around 1pm. thank you!!!

Tried the coffee for the first time. The staff was really friendly and attentive. She recommended the signature brown sugar latte since it was my first time here. I loved the coffee but the brown sugar, not so much. Will come again next …

Great HWC Coffee at IPC I’ve ever went. The barista girls are friendly and good service, especially Ms Damia which coffee I always choose, she really gives 100% blended perfectly balance taste. I love it.
