The excellent service advisor assessed our old camera and told us how much to repair. He also asked his colleague to show us the new model, in case we decide to replace the camera. We were also given a loyal customer voucher with a 20% discount. Happy with the service rendered.

Not buying sony wf product anymore, always battery drain prblm on xm4, now ask to buy new xm5 with discount instead repairing old one with cost arnd RM480. They acknowledge the issue is software related and cant be solved
