Great service. Fast and efficient. If forget to print the VEP confirmation form & photocopy of passport, have to pay 5 RM each, so total RM10. Drive into the area to install the VEP only after settling it at the counter. They will inform you to bring your car in and install VEP. Staff are polite and quick and clear with instructions. Area is also equipped with fan so isn't too warm.

Singaporean please remember to bring a photocopy of your passport. Or else be ready to pay RM5 for a copy printed for you. Ridiculous price.

Just to share the steps for collection step 1 - Go to VEP documentation verification area which there are a few rows of seats. step 2- Find a empty seat nearest to the front row. They clear row by row i.e. first row cleared then 2nd row move up. Step 3 - Show the email on the confirmation of payment for the VEP. If you did not bring the hardcopy they will charge you RM10 to print. Step 4 - Once the first row of people all had their verification done, they will inform you to drive to the VEP installation area which is on the same level. Step 5 - wait for your car to reach the first row in the queue, then alight to VEP collection counter to collect your VEP Step 6 - pass your VEP to the staff and he will install for you. All done.

Just installed my vep on monday. 1st in Q at 10am. Another 4 parties after me. Took less than 20 mins to get it all done PLUS the installer uploaded and got the VEP approved on-the-spot ( no need take pic and upload ). Great service.
