Pay RM5 if you don’t print out your VEP appointment letter. Actually this can use email to present to them will do yet they will charge to get you print it otherwise you are not allowed to do VEP. So this bear in mind to do it. …

Finally i understand. If you opt for the self collect or postage. You will automatically get the headlight type. If you want the inner windscreen type, have to register and collect at Paradigm level 7. If youre like me and you already postage to yourself. You can cancel on your account, state " wrong rfid" and you state "change to windscreen type". And you pay again (too bad) and opt for collection at paradigm mall level 7. You will get the windscreen type and they can place for you. The ones here were very helpful and patient. From TCSENS, i appreciate their help so much. Awesome service.

Had an appointment for 8pm. Drove 1 hour through jam and arrived at 745pm. Place was closed. Spoke to the carpark guard, he said to come tomorrow as there is no set place closing time. Whats the point of setting appointments?
