Walked in to get a wedding gift for my fiancé, but customer service was trash and very status-based. No worries, happy to take business else where. The staff should take his outfit else where too, along with his attitude.

Visited to get a watch @ Watatime Sunway. Amazing service from Lee, very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended to pay a visit to look for Lee.

Staff does not really care about customer service. Probably they are sizing people based on appearance, very bad customer service. Used to a loyal customer, don't think will come back
